Recommendation of the Committee of Ministers to member States on the European Cultural Heritage Strategy for the 21st century. (February 2017). The European Cultural Heritage Strategy for the 21st century promotes good governance based on interdisciplinary and participatory management; it involves all heritage stakeholders (policymakers, professionals, (international) non-governmental organisations, citizens) and offers them a strategy based on three components: Social; Territorial and Economic Development; Knowledge and Education.
