It is addressed to all those interested in cultural heritage and want to take up the shared responsibility of unfolding the cohesive power and the potential of shared cultural heritage by promoting a more peaceful, prosperous, inclusive and just Europe.

A New European Agenda for Culture. Communication from the Commission to the European Parliament, the European Council, the Council, the European economic and social Committee and the Committee of the regions. On May 2018 the European Commission, following consultations with culture sector stakeholders, adopted a New European Agenda for Culture. It promotes synergies across cultural sectors and with other policy fields and it aims to harness the full potential of culture to address current societal challenges, supporting inclusion and intercultural dialogue, innovation, creativity and sustainable growth.
